I don’t know where to start! When it comes to purchasing a house, we’ve heard that this can normally be a very stressful situation, but this has to have been the easiest process my wife and I have ever experienced! Jessica is not your typical real estate agent. She is an absolute ball of positive energy, that always seemed to be looking out for us! She’s funny, always had great ideas, and NEVER once put any pressure on us to make a decision. Jessica, and her team went to work for us from day one, and never made us feel like we were a bother, or like we were on her time. They are professionals, that were able to put us in contact with other professionals that she trusts, which made the process go smoothly! Jessica, is very informative, insightful, and truly looked out for what was in our family’s best interest. She always made sure to speak for us, or ask questions when it came to subjects/information my wife and I were not as knowledgeable on. We will continue to utilize Jessica, when it comes to any future real estate purchases, and we’ll definitely be recommending her to everybody! We can not say enough great things about her! Our experience with Jessica was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We'd been trying to move back to my hometown for so long and came across a listing on Facebook, so we jumped on it. We were only looking to rent as we didn't see ourselves in a position to buy, but Jessica made it happen! She walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood everything as we have never owned a home before. We felt like we were working with a good friend rather than a real estate agent. If we texted her a question or had any concerns, she would respond almost immediately. We always felt like a priority. When you choose to work with Jessica (and we HIGHLY recommend you do) she will do everything in her power to make sure you don't settle for less than what you really want and make anything that needs to be done convenient for you.

After months of disappointment, Jessica reached out to us and I immediately knew this girl was the real deal. From her presentation when we first met, her knowledge on EVERY aspect of real estate and finishing up with a roller coaster closing (not on our part), Jessica showed nothing but professionalism. She listened to our wants and needs and made it happen! She far exceeded our expectations on how we were to sell a house AND BUY! Jessica gave us the absolute best experience selling our home. Professional does not begin to describe her. From the initial meeting to the photo shoot to making sure that our house was marketed in every way possible, she made sure that the most people possible saw it. There were lots of hurdles along the way and she conquered them all with a smile on her face,as well as saw the sale of the house through to the very end. Our home was in a tight market and she was able to get it sold in half the time of a lot of the other homes that were for sale in the same area. Life is funny with how things change so suddenly! My husband and I bought a house and pretty quickly needed to turn around and sell it. She turns house hunting into a hilarious adventure, with her charm and wit making negotiations feel like a stand-up comedy routine. Forget about curb appeal; she's got charm that could sell an air conditioner to a penguin. They say communication is key in and let me tell you, she's a maestro at it. Calls, texts, emails – she juggles them all like a circus performer with a cell phone.
